Saint-Éphrem-de-Beauce is a municipality in the Municipalité régionale de comté de Beauce-Sartigan in Quebec, Canada. It is part of the Chaudière-Appalaches region and the population is 2,680 as of 2006. It was named after Ephrem the Syrian. ==Flag origin== It covers the same colors as that of France to signify our French origins. It contains three maple leaves in green in the white flag. These represent the country of maple and three founding groups from Saint-Isidore, Saint-Marie and Beauceville. It was created in 1955.
